Your crafted item can be returned within 14 days of receiving it for store credit only. Please keep in mind the item must be in its original packaging. A return processing fee of $2.00 will be subtracted from the final store credit total.

Send an email to contact@lurees-crafts.com or fill out our contact form if you would like to return your item.

If it arrives damaged we will be happy to replace or refund your damaged item. Simply send an email to  contact@lurees-crafts.com or use the contact form. An image of the damaged item must be included.
